I first saw it on Sportscenter after the guy, Samuel Louis-Charles, won the million dollars after getting 25 straight wins. 25 straight wins is pretty incredible in itself, and it takes a lot of luck and good fortune to do so. However, I am convinced that I am going to be the next winner. I have not been playing that long, but I am starting to get the conception behind the winning scheme. Until present, my longest win streak was only two. Now, it is sitting at six, and I am pretty happy about it. I have been playing a little smarter and doing a little research behind each pick. At the beginning, I was betting on several things a day, a lot that I was really not the familiar with. When I say betting, I use that word lightly in this sense because this game is entirely free. That is the beauty of it, I am playing for it all, every hand, but with someone else's money. Ha ha, I think this game was made for me. I believe in my sports knowledge ability, and have been continuously adapting to this game, so I think I will be the next winner. I am probably going to lose during this streak I have going now, but then again, I probably won't. It depends on how you look at it. In this game, you do not have to be a seasoned veteran. So far I have only bet on things I am almost positive are going to happen, there are a lot of games which the percentages are over-whelming on one side, and they are the ones who end up losing on that game. I think on those games and on those bets, a lot of those people are not really that in touch with everything in sports. However, if the majority of those losers would have done a little bit of research, and when I say research I mean just simply googling or just going to ESPN's website to get the facts, they woud have seen the mismatches on this particular matchup, and realize it is not that good of a bet afterall. It's not like you have to bet everyday, like today for example. I see no matchups that either a. don't interest me or, b. I do not really know a great deal about the matchup (like the Australian Open that is currently in process). So, I will not bet today, nor will I bet again until I see a matchup that I know about, and am certain about. Last night I bet that Andrew Bynum would outscore, and outrebound Emeka Okafor. After checking out their stats from the recent, and from the season, I was 100% positive Bynum would be the winner. I was right, and that is how I am going to be for another 19 times in a row, unless I choose to keep playing after I get 25 straight, where in which I may choose to just extend the streak into the unbeatable area of 50-something, hey anything is possible right?
